Ladies and Gentlemen, This post is a bit odd. Even I admit to this, but so is my cat, Mac's, sleeping positions.
I wrote a post about the new bed my husband and I were getting a couple weeks ago and even since we got it, my cat thinks it belongs to him.
Not only does he think it belongs to him, but he sleeps in the oddest positions.
The funny thing about cats, is, they are so flexible. They can be very comfortable in the oddest places.
Mac will not get off OUR bed. He gets incredibly annoyed if you dare to disturb him while he is on "his" bed. He has a cat tree that he used to be fixed on and ever since this new bed came into the picture, he has not slept on what we lovingly call his "perch" in weeks.
I walked in and found him like this the other day
And today, he was propped up on his back like a fat old man. He woke up and was very irritated with me for taking his picture.
The moral of the story? Don't get anything new in the house and claim it to be yours. If you have a cat, it most certainly is not.
HAHAHA! Your cat is adorable! I use to have a really fat cat that would sleep like that too.
ReplyDeleteHaha!! I think I need to take some pictures of how all of my animals sleep more! They all have odd sleeping positions as well... I love the ones where the cats are laying normal but just flip their head upside down! Lol.
