I was given the opportunity to review this great product by MARK. representative Anika Haynes. She was very friendly, fun and upbeat. She is also very knowledgeable about the products and eager to answer any questions you may have about Mark.
The touch & glow is an all over shimmer, but since it is a cream, I found that it doubles great as a smooth eyeshadow. I love the way it glides on smooth. It is flawless as an eyeshadow.
At first look, it appears to be a powder, but it is such a creamy consistency.
I applied it to my face as an all over shimmer, but I really prefer it as an eyeshadow. There are nine wonderful shades that match just about anything and work with all skin tones.
The cream to powder formula is not sticky or heavy feeling. It was near 85 degrees today and I didn't get any "melting".
